- Ensures an effective Talent Management process for talent identification, talent recruiting, talent development and coaching
- Oversee and manage the construction phase of projects from start to finish. This includes project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Coordinate all aspects of resources including management of construction crews and owned and rented equipment
- Supports the development of construction schedules, cost estimates, and procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are followed on construction sites
- Participate in industry associations and networking events to stay updated on latest trends and best practices
- Support the Safety Department and implement/oversee the safety both on and off the project
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $150,000.00 - $240,000.00 USD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management role
- Extensive experience in High Voltage and Battery Energy Storage construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED AP are a plus
