Job Overview:Rising Hope Therapy is looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to our team of mental health therapists, ensuring that they are providing the highest quality care to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Newark, Delaware, with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year.Responsibilities:* Provide clinical supervision to a team of licensed and unlicensed mental health professionals.*Provide therapy services to a small caseload* Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.* Offer guidance and support in areas of clinical practice, case conceptualization, and intervention strategies.* Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services delivered by supervisees.* Develop and implement training programs for supervisees.* Collaborate with the practice CEO on operational issues related to supervision.* Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in mental health supervision.Requirements:* Licensed Mental Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice.* Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals.* Strong understanding of ethical and legal principles related to supervision.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to create a supportive and collaborative supervisory environment.* Passion for fostering the professional development of mental health practitioners.* Experience in a private practice setting is preferred.Benefits:* Competitive salary and benefits package.* Opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team.* Flexible scheduling.* Potential for growth within the practice.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
