Job Overview:
- Communicate and negotiate raw material pricing with vendors to maintain profitable business.
- Ensure raw material purchase orders are placed and received timely, verifying quantities, pricing and delivery dates to meet operational schedules.
- Monitor and report pricing changes to the relevant personnel
- Review and resolve pricing discrepancies
- Review all jobs received for material requirements, suggest proper materials alternatives, and verify needs against current supply
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and balance changing client and company needs
