Our client, a small but rapidly growing manufacturing company in the Cleveland, OH area, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This will be an in-plant generalist job, reporting to the HR Manager and handling all aspects of HR for employees there, including but not limited to:
- Payroll Processing
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- New Employee Onboarding
- Accident Investigations
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on and strategic approach to Human Resources. Experience in manufacturing/similar industries preferred but not required.
