Job Summary: The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple branches within our largest region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rental management and possess exceptional leadership skills to manage branch managers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operations of multiple branches within the region, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
• Lead, mentor, and support branch managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the region.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business strategies.
• Manage the regional budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or 10 years branch level or higher management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience in rental management, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to manage and motivate branch managers with diverse and strong personalities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region as required.
