The Superintendent is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all production and service operations of the assigned branch. This includes managing personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations while meeting GRSI standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage production and service operations to minimize overhead costs.
• Ensure the branch operates at the required capacity by maintaining necessary equipment and staffing.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure a safe working environment through proper equipment, training, monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Achieve 100% compliance with government rules and regulations.

1. Customer Support:

• Work closely with account managers and customer service representatives to understand and meet customer needs.
• Schedule and manage service work and job estimating as needed.

1. Personnel and Subcontractor Management:

• Manage company personnel and subcontractors to complete jobs effectively.
• Oversee jobs in nearby states or areas outside the local region as required.

1. Strategic Contribution:

• Support short-term production and service needs.
• Contribute to and support the long-term strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading within a commercial roofing company.
• Proven experience in managing production or service operations.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
