Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef at Rita's Catering in Boston, MA. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and menu planning. They will also supervise kitchen staff, ensure food safety and quality standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Since then, our catering operations have grown bigger and bigger. In 2001, we finally outgrew our space in Chelsea and moved down the street to Everett, where were even closer to Bostons best wholesale markets.
