We are currently in search of a customer-facing Solutions Business Analyst for our long-time financial services client in Tampa. The position will be focused on digital and web-based projects.

Please Note: Candidates must live in the Tampa Bay area as this is a hybrid role (working 3 days in the office and 2 remotely).

In this role, you will document requirements as necessary to design and deliver solutions within an Agile environment working closely with peers and stakeholders on digital initiatives. This is a fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

• Performs solution analysis in the course of technical discovery, solution design, development, and implementation as necessary to develop solutions
• Partners with functional groups within the organization to clarify and document functional and non-functional business requirements use cases, and business rules.
• Creates workflow diagrams that reflect current and future states and performs gap analyses between current and future states
• Participates with the team to define test cases and support testing.
• Develops presentations to business and technical partners to communicate/sell findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst, or Business Analyst with strong technical knowledge of digital/website technologies
• Experience writing user experience functional specifications
• Data mapping experience
• Able to handle changes quickly, organize, and communicate changes to those involved.
• MS Office Suite experience is required; knowledge of relational databases, APIs. web services,
• Experience inwriting SQL queries
• Ability to read XML and JSON data models is highly preferred
• Experience working with consumer-facing web applications is highly preferred
