Daily Expectations And ResponsibilitiesThe Projects Manager works as a member of the Administration/Business Department team. Primarily responsible for overseeing and conducting all aspects of site maintenance, including but not limited to: grounds keeping, water systems, daily maintenance, emergency repairs, remodeling projects and new construction at designated ROP sites. The Projects Manager reports to the Program Director or other designated supervisor. Directly supervises maintenance and grounds keeping staff.
Requirements
- Salary-$60,000

Requirements
- Have a high School diploma or equivalent and at least 4 year of related experience.
- Licensed Technician in a related field: plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
- Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical and TB test.
- Have previous HVAC experience.
