If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you! $45,000 to 50,000 based on experience. POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the complete inspection of flooring installations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basisInspect job site prior to installation to ensure everything is readyInspect job site following installation to ensure proper and timely completionDetermine best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements and instruct installersEnsure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfactionRespond to any complaints or questions regarding installationsPick up and deliver materials as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Have earned a high school diploma or equivalent Flooring Installation experience a plus! Exhibit commitment to safety in all work practices.Be able to work independently and problem solve.Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.Must be a good communicator.Required to pass drug test and subject to random test#ZR
