Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Senior Fleet Support Sustainment Engineer for full-time support on-site at NUWCDIVNPT.

Position Requirements:

• Extensive understanding of the AN/BLQ-10 Electronic Warfare (EW) inboard equipment and outboard antenna systems (including EHF's and outboard cables, ancillary systems e.g. EWR, PEPI3,etc).
• Extensive understanding of EW system functional, operational and maintenance aspects for all in-service TI's.
• Imaging and other relevant Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS) subsystem knowledge in support of EW system/pathway testing, troubleshooting, repair as part of the system of systems.
• Strong Understanding of the required proficiency in shipboard work requirements, industrial safety and Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) guidance applicable to personnel onboard ships and submarines.

Principal Responsibilities:

• As an EW Subject Matter Expert (SME), provide technical leadership to provide solutions and recommendations to the In-Service Engineering Agent to improve sustainment of legacy systems.
• Attend to any Fleet EW Hotline tickets and Departure from Specifications (DFSs)that impact legacy systems performance or supportability.
• Assist the Fleet both at Intermediate (I)-level and Organizational (O)-level to provide insight into troubleshooting and diagnostics for problem identification and resolution development.
• Collaborate with the Acquisition Engineering Agent (AEA) to identify requirements for development systems that eliminate future supportability issues.
• Support repairs and replacements of faulty components or subsystems to minimize downtime and maintain operational readiness as distant support or on-site if required.
• Collaborate with the EW ILS teams to provide recommendations to technical documentation, training, and supply support.
• Collaborate with EW divisions in the Fleet and other technical representatives, to provide training and guidance on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide guidance and expertise into the development and implementation of maintenance and maintenance schedules to improve system uptime and repairs.
• Assist in the identification and design of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to high failure equipment to extend product life and improve system performance.
