Rite Window is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in our Woburn office. This person will report to our CFO and assist our accounting and payroll departments.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who combines a strong background and knowledge of information, accounting and reporting systems and financial accounting and reporting skills. This person should have proven interpersonal skills that allow the individual to influence and interact at all levels of the organization. The candidate should have a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork
Responsibilities will include:
- General Ledger/Journal Entries
- Preparing Bank Deposits
- Investigate/Resolve Discrepancies
- Daily Maintenance of Financing Fees
- Revenue Reconciliation
- Month End Reconciliations
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- Other projects/Duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills
- 5 years Accounting experience
- Experience with AP
- Proficient with Accounting Software, and MS Office Products
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
