POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the sales and accounts in the Builder Division.
Essential FunctionsSell carpet and hard surface floor covering to Builders
Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
Experience With The Builder Industry Is Preferred.Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
Be able to work independently and problem solve.
