Riteway Roofing & Construction is seeking Outside Sales Representative's to join our team! We do require a previous construction/roofing sales experience for this position. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Help homeowners in your community with the insurance process from storm damage while earning great commission from your sales!
We offer paid in person training, leadership, and a proven track record of success in this industry. You could earn realistically between $60,000- $120,000 in your first year. Riteway Roofing is a Owens Corning Platinum contractor which gives us a distinct advantage over the completion thru a proven sales process and resources available from the ORIGINAL INVENTOR of the FIBERGLASS ROOF SHINGLE! ( quotas, and goals applicable. Cell phone, IPad, ladder, business cards all provided.) Unlimited growth opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
Two years applicable work experience (sales, outside sales, canvassing to generate new leads)
Previous Roofing or Construction background is preferred but not required.
Comfortable with heights
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Drivers License & reliable transportation
