Overview
The Director of Sales Enablement is an essential member of the go-to-market organization, responsible for leading the sales enablement function and driving strategies that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales teams. This role oversees the development and execution of programs that equip sales professionals with the tools, resources, skills and knowledge needed to excel, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer success. The Director of Sales Enablement collaborates closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market demands.
