Responsibilities

• Pega Solutions Design and Implementation: Architect and develop scalable and high-performance Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). Design end-to-end Pega solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improving code quality and performance.
• Integration with External Technologies: Research, design, and implement integrations between Pega and non-Pega technologies to enhance overall solution capabilities.
• Azure DevOps Management: Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking and management. Create and update work items, user stories, and queries to reflect project progress.
• Documentation and User Guides: Develop detailed technical documentation and user guides for Pega applications. Ensure that documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to developers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Pega Senior Systems Architect certificate required.
• Expertise in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in conducting code reviews and implementing best practices for Pega development.
• Experience with integrating Pega solutions with external technologies.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using Pega diagnostic tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and PAL (Performance Analyzer).
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project management and tracking, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user guides.
• Experience with Pega’s guardrail compliance, performance tuning, and case management.
• Familiarity with digital whiteboarding tools such as Visio, Adobe XD, PowerPoint, and Figma for creating flowcharts and diagrams.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems and analyze requirements.
• Experience managing and working in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Ranges: $100,000 - 250,000
