Weare seeking a detailoriented and diligent individual to join ourteam as a REMOTE Data Entry Clerk. This position is available forboth fulltime and parttime opportunities offering flexibility toaccommodate various schedules.

As a part of our educationfocusedorganization based in Jacksonville Florida you will play a vitalrole in maintaining accurate data for our high school operations.

Responsibilities

• Accuratelyenter data into our database systems from a variety ofsources.
• Review and verify data for accuracyand completeness.
• Update and maintain recordswhile ensuring confidentiality and dataintegrity.
• Assist with regular data audits andquality checks.
• Respond to inquiries regardingdata entries and assist in resolvingdiscrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members tostreamline data entry processes.
• Complete otheradministrative tasks as required to support the educationaldepartment.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred but notrequired.
• Previous experience in data entry oradministrative work is a plus.
• Strong attentionto detail and ability to spoterrors.
• Excellent time managementskills and ability to workindependently.
• Strong communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
• Ability to maintainconfidentiality and manage sensitiveinformation.
