Ability Group Instructor Salary : $15 - $16 per hour
Ability Group Instructor Responsibilities :
- Lead program instruction for members and participants with disabilities
- Safely supervise and lead participants through provided activities
- Adapting program activities to suit each participant's needs
- Positively engage and interact with participants while encouraging positive socialization between participants
- Reinforce positive behaviors, teach proper sportsmanship and bring enthusiasm to every shift
- Develop strong relationships with participants and their families through communication and actions
- Provide feedback to participants and parents / guardians on individual performance
Ability Group Instructor Qualifications :
- 16 years or older
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with others
