Responsibilities

* Shifts: (Primary Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Night Audit)( Shift pay for Night Audit)

* Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests warmly and assist them with the check-in and check-out process

* Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently

* Reservations: Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and changes with professionalism and attention to detail

* Utilize the reservation system effectively

* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously

* Be knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions

* Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately

* Balance cash drawers and maintain financial records

* Room Assignments: Assign guest rooms and issue room keys while ensuring the hotel's security and privacy standards are met

* Night Audit: Conduct night audit procedures accurately, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records

* Telephone Operations: Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently, providing information and assistance as needed

* Guest Assistance: Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and any special requests to enhance their stay

* Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety and emergency procedures

* Be aware of and report any suspicious activities
