A DAY IN THE LIFE

You typically work from Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

In this entry-level dispatch position, you facilitate smooth and seamless workdays. Always upbeat and professional, you answer phone calls from customers, respond to their questions, and provide excellent customer service. You handle invoicing and maintain a well-organized job board, adding new service calls as they come in. When it's time to dispatch technicians, you strategically assign jobs to optimize efficiency. You're a vital part of our office's success!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Communication skills, a team spirit, and an attentive, empathetic attitude

Experience with additional Microsoft products would be a plus but isn't required for this entry-level role.
