River Valley Power and Sport of Rochester is looking for an experienced parts & accessories sales person. We will also train the right individual with the sales experience necessary to be successful. The ideal candidate will have a passion for what we do in the marine and powersports business!

We are an industry leader and represent the best of the best including but not limited to: Polaris, BRP, Suzuki, Yamaha, Bennington, Chris Craft, Cobalt, Alumacraft, Centurion & Supreme boats.

This position will be based in our powersports store but will also support our adjacent marine store assisting with their accessory needs.

Job Summary:

*Be the primary accessory salesperson for our customers who recently purchased product from us (both marine and powersports)

*Support the parts & accessories needs of our service teams

*Provide cost estimates to potential customers (both in person and via our sales teams)

*Provide excellent communication and support to our team and customers 

*Assist in maintaining accurate parts inventory

*Locate and order parts using our computer system and related systems for our vendors

*Assist in ordering out of stock items

*Assist with invoicing and payment processing of our in store customers.

*Assist in receiving and stocking inventory

Job Requirements:
*Ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service, parts, or front facing customer service role.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Has a passion for marine and powersports products, professional experience at a dealership within industry/related industry is a plus.

*Basic mechanical knowledge or repair experience a plus.

*Enjoys sales and interacting with customers

*High School diploma required.

Related industries high encouraged to apply include agriculture, lawn and garden, automotive, small engine, motorcycle, powersport, RV and Campers.

Schedule:
5 day work week: Hours open (Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30am - 3pm). Hours may vary based on business needs.

Compensation: up to $75,000 annual earnings; which includes a monthly commission incentive.
