**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to add to our Facilities Management team serving Real Estate / Multi-Family Housing communities

**Responsibilities**

Involvement in the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

**Skills**

- knowledge of household HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, general carpentry, painting, repairs and maintenance

- ability to work independently, communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, follow directions

- use mobile device for work order processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
