Job Description
We are seeking an instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desire to make a difference in the lives of our students. This teaching assignment is on the Owatonna Campus. The instructor will be assigned to teach in a traditional classroom and lab format.
Required Qualifications
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management; or
- Master’s Degree with a minimum of 27 graduate quarter/18 semester credits in Business Administration and/or Business Management.
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:
- Commitment to departmental participation, vision, and planning.
- Understanding of the two-year community college mission and familiarity with Minnesota State.
- Willingness to collaborate with community partners, including health/science organizations, high schools and regional employers.
- Bilingual/Multilingual fluent in Spanish, Somali, Karen, Anuak, Nuer or other languages that reflect our student body, workforce, and communities.
- Demonstrated experience working with a multicultural and underserved populations.
