In an environment of rapid tax regulatory changes at the federal, state, international and local levels, it is crucial to have real-time insights. Our team stays abreast of these changes and their implications for income and indirect taxes, allowing our clients to focus on their day-to-day operations. By taking a proactive and practical approach, we deliver pragmatic solutions to address tax challenges and enhance internal tax functions.
Our Tax Advisory services encompass a range of areas, including Accounting for Income Taxes, Transaction Tax and Structuring, Sales and Use Tax, Distressed and Bankruptcy Tax, and General Tax Consulting including International Tax and Transfer Pricing and Tax Technology solutions. With our expertise in these domains, we offer tailored guidance and strategic counsel to meet the unique needs of each client.
Who You Are:- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Taxation
- 5 years of international tax experience; preferably with Big 4 or large CPA firm experience
- Excellent tax research, analytical, writing and communication skills
- You are able to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency, and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
- You are able to manage multiple engagements in a team environment
- You have a passion for developing client relationships and an appetite for building new skills
- You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment and readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutions
- You enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events
- You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
- Provide international tax planning and consulting services to multi-national clients
- Research and draft technical memorandum discussing potential inbound and outbound tax consequences of business transactions
- Research and provide taxability analyses, modeling and quantification of potential domestic, international and local jurisdiction tax exposures
- Assist with clients' domestic and international tax accounting
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivering quality and timely projects
- Assist with managing client engagement setup, staffing, and billing
The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
