Position Summary:

As a Player Development Ambassador at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service within the Players Club. Adhering to established department and property policies, you will maintain a strong knowledge of casino operations, including hours of operation, restaurant details, and amenities, to address guest inquiries. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting and enrolling new guests at the Rush Rewards Player’s Club, informing them enthusiastically about daily promotions, contests, and benefits, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Collaborating with special events and marketing teams, you will actively contribute to the implementation of promotions, special events, and drawings. Additionally, you will assist in the distribution of promotional items, verify guest information, and uphold the company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and enroll new guests with a positive attitude.
• Inform guests about daily promotions, contests, and Rush Rewards benefits.
• Assist in implementing promotions, special events, and drawings.
• Distribute promotional items with enthusiasm.
• Verify and update guest information.
• Handle guest questions, complaints, or problems promptly and courteously.
• Greet and distribute offers to guests exiting buses at Rivers Casino.
• Ensure promotional giveaways and inventory are prepared before events.
• Verify valid photo ID in accordance with casino standards.
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding their accounts.
• Assist with special events check-ins and other promotions.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in various casino areas.
• Collaborate respectfully with other casino departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and/or one to three years of related experience or training.
• Effective communication in English with Team Members and guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking
• Regular bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to push/pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds frequently
