Position Summary:
The Busser maintains the cleanliness of the dining room ensuring a neat and sanitary place for
guests to dine in.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reset tables according to specifications of the restaurant.
• Remove plates and silverware when all guests have finished.
• Set up and break down dining room for each shift.
• Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
• Perform all opening and closing side work as required.
• Follow company and equipment standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room walls and shelves and cleanliness of overall dining room.
• Assist wait staff in carrying trays and bringing food to tables.
• Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. No experience required.
Skills: Ability to communicate verbally with other dining room staff in fast-paced environment. Ability to
frequently use hands and fingers to feel, pull, push, and lift. Ability to stand for long periods of
