Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles within the casino.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for selecting top talent.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience preferred, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with candidates and employment partners in English.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Willingness to attend recruiting events and meet hiring deadlines.
- Must be able to obtain a Non-Gaming License.Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
