Summary: Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a diligent and experienced Revenue Audit Manager to ensure the accuracy of daily revenue audits and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the casino.
Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure daily audits for all casino outlets are performed according to company policy and that daily revenues are accurately recorded.
• Manage complimentary privileges within prescribed limits, adhering to the approved Comp Matrix.
• Accurately record daily comp revenues and expenses by amount, department charged, and type.
• Keep department management informed of all relevant information regarding revenue recognition and related activities.
• Conduct regular team member meetings to address concerns, discuss policies and procedures, and promote teamwork.
• Reconcile daily credit card postings.
• Prepare team member evaluations promptly.
• Train, motivate, and discipline team members to enhance their value to the company and maintain high morale.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as requested by management.
• Support internal, external, regulatory, and miscellaneous audits as needed.
• Maintain historical financial and statistical data.
• Ensure all assigned general ledger accounts are balanced and reconciled monthly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Accounting degree from an accredited business school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality accounting operations/systems, with casino experience preferred.
• Strong background in accounting and internal controls.
• Excellent math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and days, including weekends.

Certifications:

• Must be able to obtain a Key License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
