Duties:

- Answer incoming calls, and make outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Answer incoming emails, chats regarding vehicle inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company policies, procedures, and products
- Enter customer information into the CRM, database accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:
- Automotive BDC and/or sales roles experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great Energy, charisma, and voice inflection
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
