As a front desk employee you are the FACE of the PRACTICE. A great DEMEANOR is a MUST! All the while busy you will be multitasking; scheduling appointments; organizing documents; scanning ; answering phones; checking patients IN/OUT and smiling ALOT!

Knowledge should include:

• Computer literacy
• Appointment scheduling
• Insurance billing
• Coding proper insurance procedures
• Treatment planning and presentation
• Collecting money
• Great, SUPER GREAT phone skills
• Commonsense and problem solving
• Teamwork all day long
• Much more throughout the day
• Multi Tasker!

Hours: 36-40 hours a week Monday-Friday w/ 1 day off during the week!
