Riverside Health is Hiring a PC Technician I Near Denbigh, VA
Reports to Manager Help Desk and PC Tech within Information Systems. Performs general Help Desk and PC Tech duties by providing courteous technical expertise on the telephone or in person for reported hardware or software problems. Coordinates activities within the Micro Computer and Network Groups as necessary.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree Information Systems preferred.
Experience: Experience and understanding of healthcare processes and procedures and the use of information in clinical & financial departments preferred. Requires knowledge of the software and hardware installation, test, release and support processes.
Certifications: Two (2) certifications required. Accepted: MCDST, MCITP, MCSA, OR ACMT - Apple Certified Mac Technician CompTIA A , or CompTIA N , or CompTIA S , or MCITP - Enterprise Desktop Administrator, or CCENT, or CCNA Certification, or iOS Desktop Qualification, or MCSE, Microsoft Security Fundamentals, etc.
