Key Responsibilities
Provide input into and guide business partners on their requirements to determining the best solutions for their specific needs.
Ensure that all requirements, mapping and stories are well-documented so that technology and testing partners have the necessary information to design, build, and test solutions.
Ability to provide accurate, timely & responsive services to our business partners.
Create test cases for expected results, perform testing, and review results
Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex problems
Provide maintenance of the data via requests, exceptions, and inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3 to 5 years relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn, understand and apply technology as it relates to the business.
Ability to work effectively with a high level of clarity
Excellent communication skills
Open-minded to new or challenging ideas
Ability to work across regions and cultures within US, Europe, and Asia
Preferred Qualifications
Good understanding of the Insurance & Annuity business
Automation requirements and testing experience
Understands/supports agile methodologies
Experience working cross-organizationally with both business and technology groups
Experience with database structures and SQL querying knowledge
Experience documenting interfaces, requirements/stories, and test cases
