Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Rivertel in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting telecom solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales skills
• Understanding of Telecommunications industry and products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer service and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
