Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
- Prepares journal entries
- Balances general ledger
- Analyzes monthly financial activity and prepares financial statements for presentation to the Board and outside agencies.
- Researches monthly financial variances and makes recommendations for adjustments.
- Reviews trial balance accounts for the correct balance, analyzes variances, and makes required adjustments to bring the trial balance to actual.
- Completes bank reconciliation within 15 days of month end.
- Reviews, analyzes, and confirms cash transactions between agency bank accounts.
- Assists with the annual audit, online banking transactions, and related tasks.
- Uses independent judgment and discretion
- Treats all staff, clients, and customers with respect and dignity.
- Fosters collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
