SUMMARY
Contributes to the provision of basic bank deposit services while promoting a positive Riverview image through friendly and efficient processing of customer transactions while following bank policies and procedures. In addition, the incumbent develops skills to generate deposit growth by learning how to assert himself or herself and effectively sell and cross-sell Riverview products and services.

The wage for this role starts at $18 per hour. Hired candidate may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K plan, short term & long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and several holiday Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers, assisting with their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently, including handling debits and credits
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain customer records and track interactions
- Process loan applications and assist with loan processing tasks as needed
- Use 10-key typing skills to input data accurately into computer systems
- Upsell financial services and products to customers based on their needs and preferences
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills and ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of banking procedures, including debits, credits, and loan processing
- Proficiency in using 10-key typing for data entry purposes
- Familiarity with financial services and products offered by the bank
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
