Responsibilities:
Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to meet the needs of Residents
Observe and monitor any change in Resident condition and report to Nurse Supervisor
Assist Residents with personal care including dental care, bathing and grooming, dressing, bowel and bladder care, and other personal and hygiene care
Make beds and change bed linens, as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents and family members
One (1) year experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
