The Riverview HOPE Campus is the largest low barrier shelter in Fort Smith and the surrounding six county regions. We serve countless individuals battling homelessness right here in the River Valley and are looking for someone with the passion to give back to those in need to join our team.

The Community Development Coordinator is a crucial part of the team. Along with being a part of important developmental discussions, they are also responsible for the following:

- Managing the organizations social media and other online platforms

- Assisting with donor and sponsor management

- Helping plan events

-Attending community events

- Assisitng the Executive Director and Operations Director in their daily tasks

- Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, human resources, or psychology preferred but not required

- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Community Development or relations is preferred

This position is in-office , Monday through Friday and invovles acting as a strong representive for the organization out in the community.
