Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Process payments using the cash register or POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining utensils
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service flow

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Familiarity with reservation management platforms such as OpenTable
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Excellent upselling abilities to increase sales revenue
- Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional guest service skills, including active listening and effective communication
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items
- Proven sales skills to promote specials and additional menu items
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $2.13 - $2.14 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
