Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing procurement contacts in Europe.
- Support the CPO in overseeing procurement strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international regulations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.
- Coordinate with the CPO to align procurement activities with overall business strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Regularly travel to Europe to manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement within the food/CPG industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Prior knowledge of the European market is not required but is advantageous.
