In this role you will be responsible for developing and deploying process improvements across the product development organization. You will be expected to collaborate across the organization to develop a series of projects to improve the quality, efficiency and speed of the product development process.

This role requires a high level of motivation, an understanding of product development and process improvement methodologies, and an ability to deliver measurable improvements to the organization.

• Identification of gaps, inefficiencies and other opportunities across the organization through x-functional collaboration
• Development and utilization of data to prioritize projects and communicate process effectiveness
• Project management through entire lifecycle of project deliverables
• Communication across the organization of roadmap, priorities and best practices
• Process expert within Rivian, providing direction and training to colleagues within the day-to-day workspace and championing optimism throughout the organization

• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering discipline, computer science, or equivalent STEM subject
• 2 years experience within automotive product development or similar field
• 1 years experience in process development methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar
• Open minded, adventurous and curious mindset
• Collaborative & results driven approach
• Self-motivated with high level of attention to detail

$97,000-$121,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, and other factors permitted by law).
