Role SummaryThe Lead Program Manager is responsible for delivering cost and time savings, improved data for decision making, and system enhancements to the Supply Chain organization. This role requires a versatile leader who is comfortable working on a wide variety of projects with varying degrees of scope definition. A successful candidate will seek out the data they need and cross functional stakeholder buy-in from planning, quality, production, procurement and development teams to deliver value. They should be comfortable discussing technical integration points between systems with software engineers, reviewing processes lineside with production associates, and producing a comprehensive project plan for review with supply chain leadership.
ResponsibilitiesSalary Range for California Based Applicants: $129,000 - $169,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust supplementary medical/Rx, dental, and vision insurance employees, their source or domestic partner, and children. Coverage is effective on the first da of employment, and Rivian covers all of the premiums.
