Role Summary:

The primary function of the EPC PCBA TPM is to manage Electric Power Conversion PCBA projects. In this position, you will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, cross functional program managers, component engineering, and manufacturing. You will also coordinate with PCBA suppliers to ensure successful implementation of functional and subsystem End of Line testers. The opening will be located at our Torrance, CA facility and reports directly to EPC Director of Technical Integration.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver supplier sourcing packages, prototype and production samples throughout the development cycle of the project, and support resolution of component shortages.
  • Conduct recurring meetings with quick-turn suppliers and production Contract Manufacturers.
  • Coordinate change management activities for seamless execution.
  • Determine appropriate board quantities, timing, and delivery relative to the program requirements.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position.
  • Coordinate staged changes with Software Development and Test Equipment activities.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of PCBA design process and manufacturing process is required; electrical background preferred.
  • Ability to define major aspects of schedule and determine critical path.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Familiarity of JIRA, Confluence, Catia, Arena/Enovia is require,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project life cycle.
Pay Disclosure:

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $121,500 - $151,900 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
