Rividium is Hiring an Acquisition Support (Mid-Level) Near Springfield, VA
RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking an Acquisition Support Specialist (Mid-Level) to provide a broad range of acquisition, software, and systems engineering subject matter expertise support as well as coordination duties in support of the AI/ML program management office (PMO).
Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with the drafting, reviewing and/or coordinating at least the following documents: acquisition plans, statements of work, justification and approval documentation, and other acquisition assignments as required.
- Work with the Government leads and CORs to assist with the development of contract status briefings, update dashboards, and as needed acquisition resource reviews with senior Government management.
- Support acquisition, financial and budget reports, and support briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) to senior leadership, as well as drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing
- Support the program's acquisition strategy and execution activities
- Use program thresholds and performance paraments for AI capabilities to inform the recommendations as a part of the contracting strategy and acquisition planning (e.g., contract deliverables)
- Update the project management (e.g., Jira) processes and workflows, as required
- Recommend internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing manual efforts through automation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
- Specialized experience supporting Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management, software or systems engineering.
- Ability to utilize office automation hardware, and software applications in the preparation of written documentation, databases, spreadsheets, and briefing presentations etc.
- Experience building Statement of Works/Performance Work Statements and procurement packages.
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Experience working with DOD or IC acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects
- The ability to effectively comprehend and convey information with and from others in writing and verbal communications.
- Understanding and practical application of software development methodologies.
- AI/ML experience either in a PMO, industry or academia.
