RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Resource Manager for Acquisition Services to serve as the technical and functional advisor to the Government Program Subject Matter Expert and Government staff members for all planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPB&E) activities of the agency’s financial resources consistent with DOD and IC policies and directives.
Responsibilities for this position shall include, but is not limited to:

- Perform budget and cost analysis functions in support of AI/ML activities. This includes development and operations of models, tools, and techniques related to budget planning, tracking, execution reconciliation, and analysis.
- Provide assistance in preparing, coordinating, and presenting budgets, including, but not limited to, the IPOM /IPBS and CJB/CBJB submissions and budget execution activities.
- Perform budget status reconciliation, expenditure tracking, management activities, formulate spending plans, and develop and operate financial analysis tools as required.
- Schedule and facilitate monthly AI/ML PMO Resource Reviews for AI/ML programs to include an internal budget and spend plan status update.
- Assist AI/ML PMO business functions to facilitate monthly and quarterly reporting to the agency, IC, and Congress.
- Support day-to-day business rhythm execution to enable AI/ML corporate efficiencies.
- Support financial and budget reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) to senior leadership, as well as drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or five years equivalent work experience
- Specialized budget execution experience in the IC or DOD.
- Specialized planning and programming experience to include development of budget submission and budget narratives.
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Experience with PRISM and/or GEO-F acquisition/financial software.
- Proficiency in appropriations law as it applies to budget execution.
- Experience drafting Congressional Justification Books and Congressional Budget Justification Books.
