Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Full Time, experienced No-Fault Data Entry Specialist for our Uniondale, Long Island office working on a document management system.
Applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of law firm experience.
• Be detailed oriented and have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
• Be able to type 55 wpm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, process and profile new cases by entering required information into database and profiling proofs and referral documents into a document management system.
• Update Time Matters and Net Docs with new information and documents as they come in. Responsible for maintaining Time Matters regarding attorney assignments/reassignments, as well as any new information received from client.
• Update Time Matters regarding motion return dates and assist in profiling of motions received from opposing counsel in Net Docs.
• Identify and Extract No-Fault defense documents transmitted through MoveIt. Determine if documents are for new or existing matters and send hyperlink to appropriate parties for processing and handling.
• Assist with the profiling and uploading of affidavits onto the American Arbitration Association docket.
• Perform weekly cross-reference of No-Fault calendar with the American Arbitration Association and WebCivil Local calendars.
• Assist with appearance report/status report letters.

The annualized salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
