Overview:

RJ Reliance is seeking a talented UKG Pro Benefits Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a UKG Pro Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the UKG Pro Benefits solution for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UKG Pro systems, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Summary: The UKG Pro Benefits Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing and executing the implementation of UKG Pro Benefits solutions for our clients. This role involves understanding client needs, configuring the software to meet those needs, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for UKG Pro Benefits, including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and develop tailored implementation plans.
• Configure UKG Pro Benefits software to align with client-specific benefits plans, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate client training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the UKG Pro Benefits system.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and support staff, to deliver seamless implementation experiences.
• Stay current with UKG Pro product updates, industry trends, and best practices in benefits administration.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, client configurations, and training materials.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of hands on experience working with implementing UKG Pro HCM systems (UKG Pro, UltiPro, and/or Ultimate Software HCM system)
• Experience implementing UKG Pro Benefits is required
• Strong understanding of HRIS and HCM principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• UKG Pro certification or UKG vendor training completion
• UKG Pro Joint Deal experience
• Experience working with clients in various industries
• Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems
