Overview:

RJ Reliance is seeking a talented UKG Pro HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a UKG Pro HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining UKG Pro solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UKG HCM systems, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert during the implementation phase of a project and provide guidance on services and test & troubleshoot issues with clients or testers
  • Lead requirements gathering meetings
  • Implement and configure UKG Pro HCM solutions to meet client needs
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for UKG Pro systems
  • Participate in testing cycles
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and recommend best practices
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use UKG Pro

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of hands on experience working with implementing UKG Pro HCM systems (UKG Pro, UltiPro, and/or Ultimate Software HCM system)
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and HCM principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UKG Pro certification or UKG vendor training completion
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)/UKG Pro People Assist experience highly preferred
  • UKG Pro Joint Deal experience
  • Experience working with clients in various industries
  • Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems
