Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be Bilingual and have experience in retail/sales and support, Data entry, customer service, and excellent phone etiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Perform retail finance data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and lenders
- Manage Title Work for trailer purchases
- Maintain accurate company files and documents
- Assist with front desk duties including answering phones and directing calls
- Support management by ordering and stocking office supplies when needed
- Assist with maintaining spreadsheets for title work and inventory tracking
- Take daily deposits to local bank branch
Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Experience with TX DMV processing title transfers a plus
- Experience with lenders and retail finance a plus
