RJM Technologies is Hiring a NETWORK ENGINEER – NEW YORK CITY Near New York, NY
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our client’s growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a systems engineering team that ensures the stability and integrity of in-house network services.
This is a long-term contract position and requires full-time onsite presence in the New York City office.

This is a long-term contract position and requires full-time onsite presence in the New York City office.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks.
- Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
- Configure firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.
- Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Arrange scheduled updates.
- Attend to faults in the network.
- Document network setup and maintain support documentation.
- At least 10 years of Network Engineering experience
- BGP, OSPF and Switching (Cisco)
- Network Segmentation and Isolation
- Cisco ISE/Stealthwatch
- Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA)
- DWDM and SONET
- Virtualization and Infrastructure (Vmware, Virtual Switches)
- Vulnerability and Patch Management
- Containment/Protection Tools for OT Environments (Forescout)
- Data Analysis
- Nozomi maintenance and management
- Gigamon maintenance and management experience
- Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan/Program
- Physical Access Control Systems
- Threat Detection and Vulnerability Assessments
- Active Directory and Windows Server Administration and Hardening
- Video Management Systems
- Implementing Deception Technology (Honeypot/Honeynets)
- Endpoint Credential Management
- TDI administration and management
- Privileged Access Management
