Our Production Technicians are involved in multiple aspects of the manufacturing process. Plenty of room for growth and opportunities to learn all areas of the process. Production Technicians are expected to meet key performance indicators: safety, attendance, quality, output, and versatility. Technicians take pride in meeting the target quantities assigned, completing said targets within the time constraints, all while observing the quality standards that are expected by our organization and our customers. These measurables help to determine the growth and performance of every operator.

Primary Functions:

- Inspection: The main function of this position is to inspect our product for defects

- Small scale production line machine operation

General Functions:

-Adheres to safety codes and practices

-Ensures daily production targets are met within the shift window

-Proactively seek to improve individual ability to perform given activities

-Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace

-Consistently evaluate materials as they are processed to ensure quality

-Efficiently communicates with supervisor

-Other functions may apply

Education and Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Experience in using any type of equipment or machinery is not a requirement, but a plus.
